Between College Ave and Main St on the Chemung River side of West Water St.

Coming off Interstate 86 or Route 17 you would exit at Church St exit 56 and go west 1 mile then left on College Ave 2 blocks and left on West Water St 1/2 block and park in the parking lot on the left side of Water St.
