Our Main office is located at 227 W Water Street in downtown Elmira. Between College Ave and Main St on the Chemung River side of West Water St.

Coming off Interstate 86 or Route 17 - exit at Church St exit 56 and go west 1 mile then left on College Ave 2 blocks and left on W Water St 1/2 block and park in the parking lot on the left side of Water St.
